Even if it’s not the virus - anyone who has lived through the last 3 years and thinks for a hot second that Trump and his team are going to allow an election to proceed if it looks like he is probably going to lose is not paying attention.

hmmmm, gotta wonder if Super Geneeeius and his HHS jackassed director haven’t thought about how a Covid-19 lockdown could help delay or cancel out the Nov election. How much chaos & panic can they cause to play out that scenario?

Slint! Pavement! Fugazi! There were so many “well, they’re big to ME” bands back then that were iconic to somebody-or-other but struggled to move a hundred thousand units. Eh, I miss the period sometimes.

I knew if I waited just a short 15 years I’d eventually be able to play Shadow of Colossus for free.

Fantastic news! I never bought Shadow even though it always looked stunning to me, but there were always other games to play and other games to buy. It now coming to me for free is a sureshot way to the top of my to play list.

I mean, Pixies are a one hit wonder as well. Hard to argue they weren’t iconic.

A one hit wonder? Sure, but Fade Into You is an iconic song of the alternative rock era where a lot of the iconic (and popular) music never had a sniff of the Billboard Hot 100.

Eww, someone never got high with his friends, listened to Mazzy Star and it shows. They were incredible.

Iconic band for those of us of a certain age. Really captured the zeitgeist of the early 90s Alternative scene.
