It really is! If I sat down and actually made a top ten for the year I’m not 100% that I would rank it at #1, but if it wasn’t in my top three it would be a dishonest list. Just exactly what I needed to play in that moment, looked amazing and completely fun. Can’t wait for a sequel!

I loved how they pivoted to the kid who was up on modern horror. Who is letting this nine year old watch all these horror movies?

Chappelle has been doing the “smoking on stages where smoking isn’t allowed” for a long time now. For me it was just further evidence of his creative arrested development. (For the record I still love Dave, problematic material and all)

Is there a difficulty slider, or an "exploration mode" at all in Control? I really really wanna play it but I am terrible at third person action games.

I love cosmic horror as a genre and it will take a lot more mainstream exposure for me to put it on the shelf next to zombies and vampires. Like sure there’s a lot of it right now but at the same time I never would have heard of most of these titles were it not for this article. I suppose that might have a lot to do…

Grabbed Call of Cthulu on sale for $12. I could see myself feeling burnt if I had got it at full price, but for this price it's worth it. Rough around the edges, but solid atmosphere and world building. 

Damn. Forgot about Alphadream closing. Bummed we won't be getting a new installment of M&L for Switch.
