If you’ve ever had the misfortune to come to Essex here in good ol blighty, you’ll know that “babes” is an accepted form of calling either someone who’s male or female. Yeah, we have to put up with it here.

We call it “games journalism” but it’s really just hobbyist/enthusiast press. All of it is written with voice and perspective with the goal of being entertaining and informative about a narrow subsection of popculture.

Can we PLEASE have Felicity just move to Central City already? She's much better here than when the brood-squad of Arrow.

The Big Bang Theory

I feel like I'm the only one who liked The Incredible Hulk, Liv Tyler notwithstanding.

Fiery speeches of support from this fellow:

This is what pisses me off about hypoChristians. They can dish it out (PUT GOD BACK IN SCHOOLS, LET US PRAY AT COMMENCEMENT, BLAH BLAH JESUS) but they can’t take it. You want religion allowed in the public sphere, fine, but don’t act like whiny babies when it’s not your personal one.

Esteban. One day, he will own them.

When this post is deleted, it will be because I pressed the wrong button like a fucking idiot.

No, Gonzales has to go down for what he's done to Coulson and his hardline Nazi/hydra stance against powered people. I don't care if he thinks he's right, because he isn't right. He can either take his lumps, turn in his pointy badges, and serve under director Coulson, or he can die.

Honestly, Capaldi has been unimpressive as Who. He's not awful, but I expected to love him, and he's actually been the weakest of the nuWho Doctors (though far from the weakest Doctor ever!), despite his superior acting chops. I suspect there's a been a bit of an actor/lines mismatch - he tries to deliver some of that

Yeah, but is it a good plan?

"Mort" does not appear in that mural, although Death does three times, and The Death of Rats. And Rincewind!

That line was an insult to science AND to love!

I thought that was a young Jeremy Clarkson at first. Which also would work.

...accurate. You forgot Amnesia.

I've watched Portlandia a few times.
