I just moved to California and have a gas stove for the first time in my adult life. After 18 months of acclimation and judgment, I can easily say gas is a superior way to cook food. Now, they want to take this away here? GRRR!

I saw this in the theater in 1985 and own a DVD copy of it now. Best movie from my early life. Very original and clever.

Having spent many late Saturday nights at different Waffle Houses across the city of Birmingham, I can attest the after 2 AM crowd is pretty heavy and hungry. Ben was in a war zone even with a couple of helpers. Cups up for these patrons! Glad to know some kindness still exists out there and I hope they got their

I’m sure the remains of these cool looking vans are still in someone’s backyard. Find one and we’ll do a LS conversion.

It’s a rocket!

Ok... another stunner of a recipe from Allison.

OK, I’m sold. In fact... send me one to be sure. I’ll have the sausage and ricotta (lower left)

Bison sounds like a good chili ingredient. Send me some, Kate!

I too, saw a Pantera for sale at a car show while I was broke and in college. The price was $12,500 in 1997. I was a 31 year old sophomore with all my saved money paying for education and couldn’t take the risk or financial hit. My dad couldn’t fit in it so he passed.

Henry asks from the stoop, Orville, you been having a ride with Opel again?”

As a fellow designer and builder, I remind myself that not everyone has the same intent or talent to bring a car to life. Not everyone does this because they do not enjoy it as much or they don’t possess the time and resources required to do it correctly. Also, Jonathan Ward doesn’t tap every hole himself. Even he
