Do I disagree with protesting the flag? Eh, I believe we should have national pride and support our country. That doesn’t change the fact that it is your absolute RIGHT to disagree. Protesting is almost as American as you can get. (I think complaining about taxes is still #1.) Jr’s sentiment is spot on.

I don’t think I’ve ever been more proud to be a fan of Dale than I am today. He has always been someone that I admire and respect. It’s sad that he’ll likely be the lone voice in NASCAR that’s willing to say this since those who agree will likely be too scared to voice this opinion.
