Do people enjoy reading these articles? If so, can someone explain how being an idiot in the general vicinity of an automobile qualifies as ‘wrenching’? Absolutely nothing of value to be gained. No knowledge, no entertainment, just a whole bunch of fuckin’ nothing.

Does Aston say at what speed this downforce figure is generated? No. That’s fine. It’s a lot. (It’s not as much as, say, the Group C cars that Newey used to work on in the ‘80s, but that’s fine also.)

I like how the post about the intense guy has 3 links to his previous story under the current one.

I cannot recall of an instance that the customer was supposed to be paying attention was considered an acceptable excuse.

Ducktail is life.

Also, I forgot this one (1974 911 RSR Turbo), which might be is the best ever.

Just realized how well the logo from the Rennsport reunion lines up with my avatar. :-X

You can’t be serious...

Jason, how can it be the saddest unsold car, if it’s either sold, or not for sale?

Doing my part!

Traffic only lasts so long.

Bumper stickers are great, provided they never make it anywhere near a bumper.

Give me my 911 back.

Leg room typically isn’t an issue until you get to 5'10" or so. Thigh/torso width is usually the first problem. I’m 6'1" 155 lbs, can’t fit into the seat itself. Leg room is a moot point. I end up riding on the side bolsters. Anyone with a smaller ass than mine can likely fit fine and will probably be narrower too.

I think to them it means it’s not a Chevy, Honda, Ford, Nissan, etc...don’t read too much into it. On 4 door models you could replace it with 4 rings and they wouldn’t know the difference.

*DING DING DING* Rear seats for kids. Needing 4 seats knocked the MR options out immediately. 991 fits a rear facing car seat in the back and my wife in the front at the same time. Game over.

BRB, telling Fox they can’t have a comedy movie and TV show out at the same time because people can’t handle knowing about more than one thing at a time.

It’s probably down to aesthetics too, I think, maybe 15 years ago, intake manifolds looked really cool, and maybe they’re not so cool anymore.

Impressive time, I’d love to lap one back to back with my old STI. Thanks for the reply!
