Give me my 991 911 back BMW, you said you were just going to borrow it!

Was this just an incredibly crafty way to send an S.O.S. to any mechanics with experience on Italian automobiles?
If so, well done.
Still having gasoline?
No one I know actually hated the car, just the driver in the left lane going 64 in a 65.
Wait, so bombings are also shootings now? Stabbings too?
I struggled with the “feel” part myself. The radio door, digital dash and driver-focused switchgear remind me of mid to late 80’s sports cars and compact imports to me, more than enough to balance out the fact that the development cycle went right up until the year 2000.
Now I need to buy another S2000, drive to California, and sew family discontent?
Just realized, if you have a 2000 model, it may have been produced as early as April of 1999. I figure that means 00-01 is safe since they’re essentially identical.
I want the Honda S2000 to be included as a continuation car. Is that OK? At least the AP1 with no DBW or TC and terrible (or terribly awesome) rear suspension geometry?
As usual, no disappointment in reading a Torchicle.

My previous cars were sporty (Civic Si, S2000, GTI, STI) but nothing like the 911.…
As a resident of Jalopnik....and a reasonable human being otherwise, I say:
It’s very possible they were just in agreement that Daimler wasn’t spending enough (on either production or vehicle range).
Just think ZZ Top: Legs. His torso wasn’t the problem (though top down would surely be more comfortable), he couldn’t keep his knees off the dash.
Some cars that you think would be awful are actually rather accommodating to taller folks.
So disappointed in this comment considering your username. Unless you live in Montana, you can’t maintain a 4 second gap, as traffic will never permit it. Mendoza’s principled stand at the very least had logic working for it!
