I have seen it! I really like that movie. The entire cast is amazing and you are right the chemistry between Adam Scott and Lizzie Caplan is excellent. Have you seen The Overnight? It is one of the most awkward movies I have ever seen but there are some really hilarious scenes with him and the other actors.

Oh thanks! I thought it was Aisha because she and her husband of 20 years divorced not too long ago and I knew they never had kids. Sad about Jeannie’s divorce but I agree she shouldn’t have a child if she feels it is not right for her.

Same. Adam Scott really does it for me.

Was this Aisha Tyler?

That is exactly what the commenter means. The overall bigotry associated with her viewership is huge when it comes to sexuality and gender identity, even race at times.

Tomorrow I embark on a 3,000 mile road trip from Washington, DC to Seattle. I am already dreading what we will be eating for the next 5 days to keep alive. We are driving through part of the South and then up to the Midwest. It is going to be a lot of McDonalds and Crackle Barrel. I am nauseous thinking about it.

I concur with everything you just said 100%. Scott is very entertaining but when you remember he is a real person you get sad.

Why do you think that birth control should be entirely your wife’s responsibility? Hormonal birth control has really problematic and painful side effects on women which is probably why your wife doesn’t want to go back to using it.

This story is the best thing on the internet today.

She is so beautiful! She has always looked like a modern Mona Lisa to me.

It will be the two T’s: Trump and Twitter.

I was at the show in Washington, DC that Netflix filmed for the special. Your comment about the audience not laughing is flat out incorrect. I was near the front and surrounded by people who were laughing hysterically. It is one thing to say his standup is no longer your taste but to state that one of the greatest

He is from Chico, California.

They would loose I don’t know a sense of justice in this world. Not every Democrat is willing to sell their soul and give up the fight for fundamental human rights to appease some idiots in Kansas. Fuck that.

It certainly is not very comforting when one of the President’s strongest supporters starts talking about how the entire city of Seattle (my home city) isn’t worth saving so I am sure you could add SF to that list. So disturbing.

I think the majority of people would not agree with that assessment. After the Oscars I re-watched Brokeback Mountain and it is every bit as devastating as it was upon first viewing. Moonlight is also extraordinary and an achievement. That does not take away from the quality of this other film at all.

I know exactly what you mean. The parents of my friends were the only way I was able to see what a normal family is like. Aside from my teachers the parents of friends provided some of the only validation I ever received that I was a good and smart girl.

My husband is also 15 years old than I am and we have been together nearly a decade and are very happy. Yay us! The automatic judgement is such bullshit.

I really hope that is not the case! I don’t want that on Adam’s conscience. I would be pretty surprised if the ending went this dark though since Girls is a comedy. I would also love to see Jessa finally in a stable and successful place in life.

I keep having this image in my head that when Lena cast Riz she did so by saying “do you want to be my babies dad?” I chuckle every time I think of this.
