My cat is a seriousface in most of her pictures too, but she’s actually a purring ball of fluff. Or I’ll catch her with the biggest derpface imaginable.

Well, not yet. BRB.

So....um.....this is probably totally TMI and unrelated to the article at hand. But. Um.

Never from my bosses, advisers, or most of my coworkers.

I hate to be pedantic (jk I love being pedantic) but “bosom” refers to a woman’s chest. It is generally used in the singular, unless you are talking about Donald Trump reviewing the contestants’ bosoms.

Obviously, some people go completely silly over the accent (which you think would wear off eventually but somehow doesn’t?). But I also have a theory that British men (specifically actors) are more comfortable being seen as sex objects than American men (specifically straight men). The Brits tend to have a sense of

It is funny. I’m in the UK and see people who look like Harry Styles and Jamie from Outlander every day. I guess people like the whole ambience of the accent and all. Or whatever is seen as appealing differences. But some people go overboard about it.

Thank you for so eloquently writing this perspective. It is very valuable.

Hi, I am a man, and I disagree. I don’t want to compare the body image issues of girls and boys. You probably think that girls have more severe body image issues, and you are probably right. But that doesn’t mean we should dismiss the body image issues of boys.

I think the last show that I saw that really depicted a middle class family and the challenges of parenting well was "Malcolm in the Middle" The house looked like a family lived there and was cluttered and messy, the people had real jobs and real job issues. The mom and dad looked like a mom and dad sometimes nice and

I know I will get stomped on for this but:

Civic infrastructure projects?

Also in theory, a national service requirement serves as an equalizer for people from higher and lower income households. Ideally, everyone comes out with similar work experience to propel them into the workforce. In reality, moneyed elites will always find an exception or “special assignment” for their kids.

Hospice care requires more mental and emotional strength than many jobs in the military, and they’re already getting those benefits. What’s harder: managing a store room, or helping people die every day? Cooking for soldiers, or changing a dying person’s diaper and helping their loved ones process the inevitable?

I’m totally against the military and would never DREAM of enlisting in any way, and would 100% dodge the draft if I had to go to war - but I would do this RIGHT NOW if it were a viable option. Our country needs help taking care of its people, because our government is too concerned with money and power.

Mandatory service for all, with benefits (college, etc) if you choose the military option. Think of the community work we could accomplish with this system. Including the arts.

Not “if” Tori died — “when Tori dies.” Unless, of course, you die before she does. But it’s an absolute that Tori will die, not an “if.”

I have always thought I looked better naked than clothed. Clothes make things like “muffin tops” worst. While when you are naked, it just looks.... Natural.

ngl, I see “hordes” used when “hoards” should be so often that seeing “hoards” used properly looks weird now. It’s like when I see people say “rein in” instead of “reign in” - it’s right, but it’s almost never done correctly, so it looks odd now.
