I keep the radio tuned to NPR, and I hear some percentage of the stories, depending on how hard I need to concentrate on a work task. When I'm concentrating hard, the radio gets tuned out completely. I don't know if the same would be true of TV. I think I'd be too distracted by the images.

Google kale chips. You can eat a large quantity of kale in chip form and it's actually pleasant. Ingredients are good olive oil, kale, and salt. Prep time is about 20 minutes.

I have had great sex dreams that involve riding horses. I have been on a real horse exactly once and didn't especially enjoy it. So maybe the difference is that you know horses as part of everyday life, which is not conducive to fanatsy.
