I enjoy the movies for what they are, but my one problem is that every sequel almost completely ignores the last one.

I hate when people say "tony could do so much better"

my buddy will never stop arguing that Pepper saving Tony and Nesto the bad guy is dumb because "tony didn't win" or "the movie is called iron man" or "it's stupid she doesn't even know how to fight"

it sucks now but I wouldn't say they messed up, if the spider-man and x-men movies had never been made then the super hero movie boom never would have happened and marvel never would have started producing their own movies.

if this actually happens then I think a crossover between these two might not be as far off as we originally thought.
