X-men was well into filming by the time Marvel announced quick silver would be in the avengers. Honestly I don't think there is any competition between the two studios. The movies come out in different years.

I feel like a lot of fun activities in RDR weren't added on until later through dlc. More or less the same situation. Except with GTA V they confirmed heists before they were released and people expected it right away.

I totally bought him killing the guy. If in that moment he totally believed that the clairvoyant was physic then I could totally understand how ward thinks there is no way to ever stop him without killing him. Also that there is no way to prove he his physic therefor he might not be properly punished
