Sounds like an excellent reason to continue not playing fallout 76.

Thank you. I don't understand why people think hardware sales matter. It's all about software sales and the Japanese companies are gonna fall severely behind if they try to stick with the old ways.
Microsoft is not in the business of selling consoles. I get this is confusing to some people, but the Xbox is not the point anymore. Gamepass is the point.
That’s what it sounds like to me, to. Or “So long-a Bowser!”
So here is a crazy thought. STOP BUYING INTO FUCKING FOMO PEOPLE!!
You wont be less of a gamer if you wait a week, a month, a year to buy the new hotness. Quit letting companies tell you that your life, personal worth and identity depends on you tripping over yourself to spend your money and prove you are worthy of…
Eh, not surprising. Sony having ownership of Demons’ Souls was the main reason why From Software made Dark Souls, so they had control over it. All this really means is that I won’t play it, since I have no plans to buy consoles past this generation.
It’s a damn joke if you think that they’re going to see real benefit by you buying their game.
But I like Harry Potter?
Look... I, like many people, don’t agree with her terrible stance, but it’s not like Sony or Warner Bro’s were going to suddenly cancel a nearly finished game that they’ve spent millions of dollars developing. That’s unfair to the game designers, artists, testers, programmers etc... you know, all the people that have…
The Potterverse has become something larger than it’s creator, and should be allowed to thrive in spite of her views. A piece of art should not be condemned for it’s artist, unless it promotes that individuals (negative) views. I’m pretty sure a large % of us in America, work for companies with leaders that are sucky…
There has been no time to release the game then because she’s settled on being that forever.
100% this, I don’t get my N64 or Wii out often and having these games on my switch is super convenient, especially because it’s portable.
I mean, that was the jist of the Wii in general. Had some great games, but the motion controls, even in the good games, sucked ass after the novelty wore off. Twilight Princess was a pain in the ass to play and most games didnt get much better. I remember waiting in line for hours to buy one day one, having fun for…
My kids are 9 and 6 so they missed the whole motion control craze. I bought a bunch of Wii games at a steep discount last year for them to play on our Wii U. I thought they would like them, but they could not stand the motion controls. They just didn’t make sense to them, and I felt their pain. My oldest was playing…
You can already do this with buttons. Just spin the control stick and press Y.
How about YOU speak for yourself, BRO.
Now can we add a button for Mario Odyssey that lets you do the hat throw where it spins all around you with out having to flick the joy-cons left or right quickly two times? That was irritating in portable mode, and you mostly need it for boss fights, all of which I had to play in portable mode any way because right…
Luckily the superior Gamecube version exists without the motion controls and with left handed Link.
Yeah, while i loved the Wii and a lot of games on it, one of my major frustrations with the platform was that games forced motion controls into their games even where it made little to no sense.
They did make new button art, actually, but they hewed closely to the original style:
