They really need to look at their order of operations.
There is **NO WAY** this one passed completely unnoticed.
It’s not uncommon for these details to be exchanged among online friends to exchange gifts (local candy etc for example) as well as birthday or christmas cards.
There have been local alternatives across various countries in europe (some of which are still in use) - but they’ve been switching over to “112" more consistently.

China might be, the rest of the world isn’t. And Tencent is applying a capitalist business model to get companies to deal with them DESPITE the public fallout potential.
Plus fewer people would pay for first class if it meant they’d still be stuffed in with families of screaming children etc.
A filled out first class would make it look more sought after from a lower perspective - making people think that there might be something special about it.
