Yep, cigarette smokers have had far more respect for those around them than vapers for at least the last 20 years (that’s how long I’ve had friends/acquaintances that are smokers - can’t comment on how it was prior to that.)

Vaping is so annoying, people seem not to think they need to have any consideration for the people around them and blow gross fruity clouds all over everyone.  I wish this trend would die.

Interesting, libertarian isn’t really a common thing where I am, so I’m not super familiar with what it really means. I’ll have to look into it.

What part of the country are you in? I’m in AB and the shrieking hasn’t stopped in years... but this province would vote conservative if they ran on the NDP’s platform, so I don’t really take that to mean anything federally. I’m curious as to Quebec and Ontario’s feel these days.

The Rock is my favorite.  If something comes out and he turns out not to be everything he seems, I may never recover.  

DUIs apply to bikes and lime scooters, too, at least in Canada. The number of people who don’t know this makes me constantly spread the word. Don’t be the person getting a DUI for something so asinine.

I actually prefer it go down this way than through mass nuclear war or a climate related starvation/war cycle.

Yeah, the way they need to play the election game now, of course no party will focus on a province with maybe 500,000 people who would ever consider voting for them. I’m continually baffled that people seem to be surprised by this.

I feel like across all politics there should be better choices, given the population. It’s wild who shakes up to the top.

Yeah, I have to say... I was also an adult in 2001, though a 19 year old not 29.  This wasn’t OK back then.  

I feel like even many Canadians don’t get this. Granted I’m in AB but people here talk about Trudeau like he’s the president of Canada, and not the leader of a party. (I do wish someone else was the leader of that party)
