I don’t know if Plant Fitness fired shots first (with their commercials) or if that was a return blow, but they are definitely the joke of the fitness world, even among people that.... shouldn’t be throwing stones.

The enjoyment of working out is the point for a lot of people.

I’ve tried all the sports and crossfit is the only one (very loosely defined) that I’m even remotely good at. It works out well that I’m also vain.

I would not be surprised if this were at a crossfit box. I am surprised this happened at a Planet Fitness.

My cats do this too. It escalates sometimes, but usually the smaller one backs down before claws and chasing make an appearance.

I have a bee tattoo as well. Also a fear of all buzzing insects (my rational mind knows not to be scared of bees but my panic response does not)

I can’t believe I didn’t know this, I used to play with ladybugs all the time when I was a kid. I also recently found out dragonflies bite, too, which is disconcerting since there are hoards of them by the river where I need to ride my bike to get to work.
