Every single developer of software and hardware and every employee of such must be vetted for thier political beliefs and voting history. It’s the only way.
In order to have a copyright and a trademark you MUST go after all things that infringe on said intellectual property, failure to do so risks you losing your copyright. Nintendo is just doing what Nintendo has to do. They capitalize on IP, not on hardware sales.

The point of Denuvo isn’t to make games uncrackable, it’s to make it take a really long time to crack them, with the assumption being made that people who want to play the game will buy the game instead of wait months for a working crack. RotTR took 6 months to crack, which is a victory in Denuvo’s eyes.
