true. if you have a 5mb/s download speed, your wifi can more than handle it. i disagree with the latency point, but to each his own.

i am not positive (and can't check at the moment), but i believe not...this downloads the streaming mp3, not the stored "download" one.

this is true. on android, most of them run scans every x amount of time, but they are all running all the time in the background (which does eat up memory - however, android is built for that...) and using battery.

for me, it just isn't worth it anymore. i get a new phone so often that by the time i drop my current phone, it's almost time to upgrade already.
