This is the automotive version of

Turd of Theseus.

Car of Theseus

Ship of Theseus

Briefly.  Still in beta.

Another brilliant move by Elon! Full Submersible Driving!

Make shipping companies pay for the carbon they spew out into the air burning the nasty, unrefined sludge that they use as fuel, we’d see them looking for ways to use less, or even no fuel really quick.

Idiot plans to sue city for allowing his dumb ass on their roads.

Why not stick to the standard? How fast can it complete the Kessel Run?

I used to think the same thing.

Did this dude willingly tell his story to news outlets? I would not be going public with this type of situation..... or does he actually think he’s the victim here?

Agreed. Keep the damn units the same. It is like saying “If I take the freeway to Jeff’s house it is 10 miles, but going backroads it is 120 furlongs.”

With the sails installed, the Pyxis Ocean’s voyage from China to Brazil is predicted to take six weeks. On a traditional voyage powered by fuel alone, the same journey can take anywhere between 20 and 40 days to compete.

yeah they burn the nastiest unrefined crude - though some ships are burning cleaner fuels these days there are still a number of super high polluters out there doing more damage to the environment than all the ICE cars in the world.

Not sure if it was actually bad to drive, but the catfish Camaro, cause it’s ugly

Same here. I mean, I’m actually a fan of the Russian space program. Their engineers are like other engineers — they just want to make cool spaceships go do cool space things, and 95% of them would be very happy to collaborate with the rest of the world on that since that would allow funding even cooler spaceships to

That really sucks for the Russian scientists involved. On top of limits imposed by the sanctions, Russia’s space program has been hit hard by budget cuts and rampant corruption in recent years - a shameful state for what was one of the world’s greatest space programs, including an accomplished robotic exploration

No Lambo has ever looked better than a yellow Countach.

How is this not here yet?
