late to the article but I want to point out that Miles' "Uncle Ben moment" wasn't his actual Uncle being killed…it was Peter being killed…Miles had his powers for a while before Peter was killed but refused to use them…he heard about the battle in front of Peter's house and tried to get there in time but got there…
