This didn't bother me so much. I wouldn't want the editors to blindside the audience every time, but it's good to mix it up sometimes. There's always a danger in getting too predictable. I do think you can piece together the narrative for why Missy chose to go with Jon. There are only a few clips, but it makes sense.

This was the season's best episode, but I agree that it's shaping up to be a pretty weak one. It looks worse coming right after Cagayan too. I feel like both Jeremy and Josh have acted as narrators as times, but the editors aren't content to have anyone in particular do it. I'm also getting the feeling the winner

I'm not sure Ciera's move is that dumb. It's risky since she could get voted out, but she decides it's worth it to try and become part of a top-three alliance. Her chances aren't great, but 1/3 isn't outlandish on her part.

I agree that the final result was disappointing, but I'd hesitate to blame the producers. Bad taxi drivers are something that's really hard to predict and have been the downfall of other worthy teams. It's definitely a super episode, but there's still enough to like. Like you say, the twins are great, and a good

It's weird because I don't like a good portion of this cast, yet I still enjoyed the premiere.  If these two tribes were on separate beaches, it would likely be a painful start. The twist was the big thing last night, but can it overcome Matt, Alicia, and a few others? That may be too much to ask.
