Where are you getting that out of this article? Samsung should have worked with the CPSC immediately rather than trying to fix the problem with its own exchange program.

This isn’t all statements, it’s statements made by the CPSC. And you do have the exact same rights with respect to any products you might want to sell.

I don’t think the allegation is that his boss retroactively pulled finished reviews to change them. It’s pretty standard practice for reviews to be forwarded up the chain of management. So once Ard did his reviews, they would be reviewed by his boss where they can be changed if she doesn’t agree with his assessments.

There was a time when a company’s value was based on profits earned.

Any word on whether or not the phones will support USB 3.1? Or is it just USB 2.0 through a C port?

Because clearly money and marketing has no place in the world of billion dollar franchises and millionaire athletes.

I’ve enjoyed the tournament overall, but this final is really just a perfect storm of boring. There are so many things working against it.

This announcement is about outsourcing hardware development to partners. There will still be Blackberry branded phones. The DTEK60 (and the DTEK50 before it) is simply a Blackberry branded Alcatel.

I’m not saying removing the cord makes them perfect, but it’s definitely an improvement in terms of staying in. I’m sure there are many different ways they could be improved more.

As someone else pointed out, it’s complete bullshit. The earphones in the picture are old EarPods, and he’s simply covering the cable with his hands.

Actually the cable has a lot to do with it. Try holding the cable so it doesn’t pull on the earbuds at all, they stay in your ears a lot better. There is still a risk, but the AirPods should stay in your ears better then the EarPods.

Then again, I’m not fond of fa—feminine guys, so... Yeah, I probably would’ve laughed.

Virtually every software keyboard I’ve used in the last 5 years automatically places a period with a double tap of space. Why take up space on the first page for something that is redundant?

There are plenty of good things about the Note7 (exploding aside) but calling the processor a win tells me you’re one of those people who simply thinks bigger numbers are better. Apple’s processors are significantly better than anything coming out of Qualcomm or Samsung.

It is always amazing to me that bloggers repeat the marketing line.

Actually, that was one of their 3 reasons. Make room for more stuff, making the phone water resistant, and to promote the future of wireless.

Do you disagree that the company serving about 12x the number of rides per month is likely going to have significantly more complaints?

But they did put a bigger battery in, so how can you say it didn’t make room? It made room for a number of new things, one of them being a bigger battery.

The 3G and 3GS were both glossy black plastic that was definitely not scratch resistant. The black plastic MacBook was a fingerprint and scratch machine.

IP67 is 30 minutes at 1 meter, not 1 minute.
