It’s not completely clear but I think the issue is she won’t have a team in the spring so it’s essentially asking her to compete during her off-season.

I wouldn’t say goaltending is the Leafs biggest concern. Andersen hasn’t been excellent but he’s been good enough in most games, and has made quite a few big saves at the right time. His stats are a product of our D-zone play being attrocious.

That’s great an all. But what’s the point of this comment if you don’t have any additional information? Is it bullshit because that’s the way you feel? Pretty weak argument.

I would have had zero problem with this if Portnoy had not responded and made himself look like a whiney douche.

Toews is a fantastic two-way player and leader, he’s just nowhere near a $10.5 million two-way player and leader.

No one is forcing you to pray. You are free to ignore it. Going out of your way to disrespect the people choosing to participate is still an asshole thing to do.

It’s almost as if people are getting different results.

For what it’s worth, it’s working perfectly fine on my 6S. Feels no different than iOS10.

Even if you don’t love it, its hardly in the running for most obnoxious feature. Misleading maybe, but no one will be negatively impacted by it.

From time to time they’ll do half French in Toronto, although not since we’ve changed to a single permanent singer for the last year or two.

I don’t watch baseball, but they show both anthems on TV when a Canadian hockey team plays in the U.S. (and when a U.S. team plays in Canada).

The funny thing is, what’s respectful about ignoring problems and blind loyalty? If you respect the U.S. you would not stop protesting until its failures are fixed.

This is a retarded comparison.

Is it really their egos? Or maybe they want to show support when one of their colleagues is attacked by the fucking President. I don’t see any problem with that.

To be fair, Bettman is a spokesman/lawyer/negotiator/mediator for the owners. He does what the owners tell him to do and from their point of view he’s been doing a good job.

They aren’t going to move the Flames to Seattle because it’s more lucrative for them to send an expansion team there. Why send a team that’s already generating profit when you can create a new team and generate new profit.

The city’s proposal was for the Flames to own the stadium. No one wants to own the stadium, it costs too much to maintain.

Zero chance the Flames leave, call their bluff. They make money in a league where a lot of teams are losing money. They have nowhere decent to relocate to, the NHL won’t let them take a potential expansion city and the big name teams won’t let them split their territory.

I’m not even a football fan but I’ll take the Pats every time because the amount of crying over how good they are is hilarious.

“My football team is good, which I don’t control, so that makes the decisions I’ve made to get here morally justifiable”
