I wanted to buy it when I read Kotaku’s title for the post.
But this is a tablet running a AAA game from just this last year.
MK vs DC did it right. They knew the whole idea was ridiculous, and they played into that to make it enjoyably campy. I have absolutely no idea what they’re going for with MvCI, and frankly, I don’t think Marvel or Capcom know what they’re going for either.
It takes a special kind of person to think “wow, that was an awesome surprise. I’m going to ruin the surprise for as many people as possible.”

Glad I’m not the only one who noticed. It’s both stunning and slightly unsettling how good animation and graphics on AAA titles are getting.
It’s a clamshell design, so it’s only going to be a bother if your carrying case for it is too tight (which it shouldn’t be) or you set stuff on top of it (which you shouldn’t be doing).
The Constellations one made me feel like a genius for figuring it out; haven’t had that feeling in a Zelda game in a while.
