It has more to do with sear engagement than chambering a round. The bolts in a fully automatic rifle are also somewhat different than a semi-automatic rifle.

That’s essentially what a bump stock does though, it is still firing 1 shot per trigger pull - the stock just allows the action of a trigger pull to happen as fast as the weapon recoils. You could technically achieve this same rate of fire with just your finger.

There’s way too much clever writing in those books for him.
Pretty sure these are hand painted, so he’s just painting around the letters with his brush. The letters are what’s printed on every card and unaltered.
I’ve built most of the Star Wars UCS models and the real ingenuity is in the skeletal structure of them, most of them use more of a technic skeletal system and then build on top of them. I’d bet this entire thing is done with standard pieces.
I have one of these and I strongly recommend against putting it on your car’s dash if it’s the soft rubber-sort. After it had sat on my dash for about 2 months I wanted to remove it and the suction cup has left quite the indention and discoloration of the rubber that still hasn’t completely faded after 5-6 months.
I think it’s also really funny that Bungie references LFG sites biases towards certain weapons a problem, but still refuses to offer their own solution for finding groups.
I thought this as well, now I want to go home and try it haha.
UPDATE 24 (2/13, 5:13pm): And now Target is cancelling orders too. Jesus. They're giving out $15 gift cards, which is $35 less than what Best Buy gave out when they oversold.
