Netherrealm’s games have amazing stories. Injustice 1 & 2 and Mortal Kombat 9 & X make for great watches on Youtube are just really well done.

Right? I can’t stand video unless it’s absolutely necessary. Even for commentary on videos, I would frequently rather just read what they have to say about it, rather than rewatch something with the commentary added over it. For something like a wiki this is absolutely dreadful.

The day GameFAQs shuts down or pivots to video is the day I may stop playing video games.

I don’t know about other people but when it comes to looking for help with something in a game or anything else I very specifically look for articles and try to avoid videos. First of all I don’t want to hear some strange person talk - Second of all I tend to find these videos have a ton of bloat that I’m not

I’m not even into fallout but this is the last thing I want out of a Wiki. Its why I can’t stand going to IGN for game news. If you just want a few pieces of information- a video takes way too long. At least for me, 90% of what I look up on the Web can be solved with a little text and/or images. If I want a

Yet more unlabeled cosplay. Please put the name of the character or at *least* the game in the line, lest this become a gallery of “15% things I recognize and 85% I’d like to know more about but with no source it just becomes a bunch of colorful clothing people just so happen to wear”.

Mmm, nah bro.

Keep telling yourself that.

Lol, sure they are.

That’s a fucking bold move.

You mean that dumpster fire on PSP where Nomura basically turned one of Sakaguchi’s greater works into a soapy mess a la Kingdom Hearts?

I much prefer my approach where Advent Children, Crisis Core and all the other insults to VII are nothing more than deformed nightmares born of a fever dream so severe it would require hospitalization.

I’m in the same boat. The Rabbids and also the weird laser guns and other weapons. I can’t help but wish this was a purely-Mario-themed game with characters tossing shells, fireballs, Bob-ombs, etc. at each other like a vehicle-less, tactical Mario Kart battle mode.

Agreed. Might as well be playing as a Minion. I don’t personally want to spend a single moment controlling the abominations I see in the top image. There are plenty of great games that won’t make me hate myself

As well reviewed or fun as it looks, as gorgeous or creative the visuals are, I just can’t get past the rabbids. they’re ugly, annoying, and no way I could stand 30 or more hours with them much less 30 seconds. they’re like the manifestation of scratching a chalkboard to me. I may miss out on a good game, but those

no lol that was me

This is what all the Smash contenders really need. Recognisable characters. The big problem is that even when you make one for one movement replicas as some have done, it’s still super satisfying to see Picachu zap Mario. And when strangers see it, they know who they’re looking at. What these guys need to do is

Dear Little Orbit,

If your vision for the game looks anything like the images on the right, turn around! You’re heading in the wrong direction.

If it looks like the images on the left, you may continue with your audience’s blessing.
