I tried streaming PSX games to my PSP a few times, and there was always a huge latency issue. It was fine for RPGs (think I was playing Xenogears at the time), but I couldn't imagine many other genres working very well. I'm sure that tech has come a long way since then (this was like 5 years ago.)

Wow, I didn't even know Skullmonkeys was a sequel to something until now. I loved this game growing up, although it was super tough; I couldn't beat it until years later.

2/2 Spikes agree.

Came to say the same about the related links. Interestingly, there is another Spike below echoing our concern.

I obviously dig it, but the Superbrother's style is just too particular and personal to him and the game too obscure to be used as widespread as I've seen it lately. If the game had some serious mass appeal, I guess it would work a little better (Simpsons, Southpark, Super Mario Bros. etc.), but as is, it makes me

In before the Power Rangers defeat them.

Literally the only reason I haven't bought a 3DS yet is because they haven't made an XL that doesn't look like it was intercepted by Fisher Price yet. Why are the regular 3DS's so much classier looking?

Wow. I had been waiting for this inevitable rerelease before got I around to playing this, but "a selection"? Really? I know Square is hurting, but the DLC for this game is WAY too overpriced for how shallow it is.

They seem pretty stoked that they thought of "PIXELCRAFT". Good job guys; time to come home.

Talk about shell shock.

Yeah, I get that now, but having not known anything about it, I guess I was assuming it would have an early Final Fantasy-style ATB system instead. I've never been able to get into first person random encounters, even in newer games that I really want to get into, like some of the Shin Megami stuff. I even played

I was on board with Dragon Fantasy until I saw that it has first-person battles. I just can't get over that, bro. Just can't get it over it.

I had the pleasure of playing it at PAX and have been anticipating this game for sure, although in surprised to see it out so soon—seemed like it still needed some work.

My dad only has three fingers.

...dad?

My dad was born before 1982.

My dad never gave me allowance growing up.

Call me crazy if it helps, but I really think the SNES controller love is just nostalgia. I went through a retro game spree not too terribly long ago and I was honestly shocked at how poorly the SNES controller holds up against modern controllers. The ergonomics simply aren't there.

Damn, it's hard for me to even be sad, and this is one of my top 10 favorite bands. Although I really only ever cared for two of their albums—De-Loused and Frances the Mute—I loved the SHIT out of De-Loused, as it was a huge influence on me creatively (almost as much as Relationship of Command), and I still throw

Well, the way I see it, it's more like "I don't care if she has the most beautiful personality, if she dresses horribly, she can gtfo." Art direction is something most anyone totally has control over, because it has nothing to do with actual graphical power.
