Whoah, my mind is being blown right now. I was literally JUST about to turn on my PS3 to copy the Chrono Cross file that I had downloaded a little earlier onto my PSP.

I think you are partially right, but I personally think it's more a matter of the fact that, when you are working under such constraints, you have no choice but to write the best hook you can, because that's all you're really going to have. A lot of newer games get really wrapped up in the atmosphere, which means

Everybody loved Uncharted until the second one got a million game of the year awards, now it's "overrated." The truth is that the Uncharted series is a benchmark for quality in video games and has many 'WOW" moments that are really dynamic and anything but standard shooter fare that I have yet to see any other games

Whoah, whoah, whoah.......whoahwhoahwhoahwhoah WHAT!? "Revengeance" is actually IN the name? I don't know if I can bring myself to have this on my shelf with such a shamelessly awful title. It would bring much shame to my family; I'm sure they'll understand.

This is literally happening to me right now. I just recently found out the Old Republic was being made by a different team and lost a lot of confidence in it, now I'm trying to figure out which teams have done and are doing what just so I know when to buy and when not-to. I can only imagine what people who don't keep

I'm sure this has been said many times already, but Skyrim is about 10 patches away from deserving to even be CONSIDERED for GOTY. I think this sends a very dangerous, irresponsible message and I just can't condone it, despite my love for Skyrim.

The only thing that disappoints me about the iOS version is that there is nothing to use your in-game currency on, such as different character skins and such. Hopefully something they will be adding soon, since the game even references spending your money on stuffz

As someone who has worked for Best Buy for 5 years, I can honestly say that it just depends on the quality of the person you're interacting with, like in most things in life. My store's gaming department is known as one of the better ones in the state because we care more about people than we do about how much profit

The Katamari guy came to mind for me as well.

I actually just found myself saying "No!" out loud after reading the headline—not quite Darth Vader'esque, but just as heartfelt (favorite game designer leaving roughly = dead family), but the freelancer part put me at ease. It would be great if he were able to work on smaller, more agile games that everyone would be

Yeah, the memes ruined the video. Had to stop watching about 40% of the way through.

I dunno, this one seems all twisted; not sure what to believe anymore. I read an interview claiming that they actually had permission for at least one day of camping, and that there were only one or two people chanting insults. Also, Pike allegedly said something along the lines of "i'm going to spray these kids down,

A bit of shameless self-promotion here. More at LordThayer.Tumblr.com if you dig it :)

The Tales series kind of hit this point of quantity over quality for me, not unlike the Final Fantasy brand. I used to fervently look forward to every Tales release, but then next thing I knew, there were 3 or 4 out in one year and I had no interest in any of them.

Wait....what....happened? They found a circular thing, said it was an implant, then later said "Oh, it could be a bone or something, we'll look more into it later. I guess you don't have implants!!!!1"

On one side of the room, you can see the roaring lion on the wall, and in front of it is a weird black square, surrounded by 4 normal squares. When you get on each side of the black square, the reflection shows what sign is on that side, so instead of telling you where to put the lion, it shows you what will be around

I have these as well and it works great. I have the white 360 one as well and I'd never go back.

While this is definitely unfortunate, all I can say is that this is long overdue. My friends and I all share accounts and split the costs of things anywhere from 2 - 5 ways, making most downloadable content moot (although for that reason, we pick PS3 for most games.) While this is great, I always knew that it had to

A few of these really made my jaw drop, and "tanks for playing" made me laugh.
