love tom mccarthy

someone else make a joke about adele's weight being her health problem.  i'm too nice a guy for that.

your niece gives me a huge bono

i'm calling bluff

i would assume there are quite a few works of literature out there that affected some sort of social change…probably going all the way back to paul's letters to the early churches.  movies are good too though.

i am also in the minority - on repeat viewings, dark knight doesn't hold up for me.  the story of batman is just more interesting in the first film.

ben affleck is writing a stephen king script.  just thought that was worth repeating.

i'm glad this is popping up again, i think this is a great article and list.  now for the nit-picking:  i tried to watch 25th hour but never finished it, there will be blood and all of PTA's films i think are plagued with moments of brilliance but also hugely flawed…also, kill bill vol. 2 would be my favorite of the

i think dicaprio is talented, but over the top and not quite as diverse and subtle as he needs to be for the types of roles he gets.  i always feel like he's "acting"…that said, he's in several classic films, and you could do a lot worse…

prettier face i think

i kind of see manny as too "refined" for pornography as well.  he's such a weird kid, but luke definitely should have his own porn episode in the near future.

even more excuse for letting herself go

i think she's attractive…she's also probably had two kids

setsuko!

i just re-watched it, and i was thinking the same thing about the horse.  he's in the movie for two minutes, and then he dies…why is it sad?

somebody say something bad 'bout calvin and hobbes.  go on, say something.

who remembers the pizza hut commercial for the tmnt vhs?  that moved me as a child

yeah that part was silly, but the ball games were pretty close to realistic…no "floater pitches" and hidden ball tricks

little big league is by far the worst movie of the three, but definitely the most realistic when it comes to portraying the big leagues.  rookie of the year is over the top, but a lot of fun and has great comic timing.  the sandlot is feel good nostalgia.

is everyone aware that fred durst directed a film that wasn't exactly terrible?
