+1000. The fact that Subaru doesn’t have one is the only reason I am looking at an Explorer.

At our company, there is literally a "beer test". Our interview process for software engineers is:
1) Phone screen
2) Culture test: after work pizza / beer / game night with the team (we may throw some interview-style) questions at you
3) Tech test

I miss my old 96 GTI VR6. Great engine, loads of fun and quicker than most would expect!
