Wish I could give extra stars for comment/picture/user name synergy.

Ummmm I had this baby beat. At an even younger age. It’s been said I resembled a monchichi.

My second had a lot of hair, and it never fell out. She has more hair than any 5 year old I know now, and it’s impossible to keep tamed.

I've had three hairy babies (pictured above), but that's some next level stuff.

DEAR GOD WHY. Who gives a shit about whether someone thinks your baby is a boy ... because it doesn’t have enough hair ... as if that makes any sense in the slightest? And who cares SO MUCH that somebody might think their daughter is a boy that they MAKE THE DAMN BABY WEAR A CREEPY-ASS WIG???? I am amazed. This is

Oh for fuck’s sake! It’s a BABY! And why isn’t the “I” capitalized?!!??!?!

Yes. I’ve known a good few babies born with a full head of hair. Which usually falls out over the next few months, then grows back in, I have no idea why. But I can’t think of one of ‘em that had a head as purely luxuriant as this one! That is some really great hair.

Better a baby with a full head of hair than a baby with a full back of hair?

Ok, sure, it's a lot of hair.

Of course there is no intrinsic value to being alive. We are all just biological facts, programmed to procreate. But the fact is we are here, we are these random weird bodies that function in really cool ways that are great and stupid and silly.

I am crying pretty danged hard right now. Depression is an ugly, ugly bitch who fools a lot of people.

As I’m sure many do who read your words, I wish that I could reach you and hug you. So here’s an internet hug, at least. Be well.

“You have value. You have worth. You are loved.”

The lies of depression can exist only in isolation. Brought out into the open, lies are revealed for what they are.

The entire obituary is worth reading in full:

Uh, sure, but I’m not clear what that has to do with the results of a Canadian criminal trial.

Why do you think they dropped the ball on this? I imagine it has something to do with the calls to always believe victims. When the police and the crown can’t question the victims about what happened for fear of the stigma that will happen if the victim says out loud that someone in the system questioned her account

That’s exactly how I feel. In a case that rests entirely on the accusers’ testimonies (as sexual assault cases often do), even minor inconsistencies can be exploited by the defense to introduce doubt. And there were massive, calamitous inconsistencies here. If the accusers had been forthcoming about their contact with

I believe the women, and having met the man, I can say he’s a douche of the first order.

He obviously did it, and he’s obviously a piece of shit, but witness credibility is actually important in he said/she said cases, and Crown prosecution dropped the ball fucking hardcore on this one.
