I’d add that batteries degrade. So a 20 hour battery might have a much longer time that they are useful to you. (if you need 10 hours of battery time the 20hr battery is going to do that for you longer than the 14 hour battery).

I have such a different experience! I can’t imagine ever going back. Two big Canadian chains - Loblaws and Save-On Foods have been excellent. I get a substitution or deletion maybe once a month from Loblaws. And from Save-on the in-store shopper actually calls you and runs through it - if they don’t get you they wait…

Went to Microsoft to go have a look at pricing etc. You know in the ten minutes I spent there I could not figure out the surface line-up. Surface Studios - fine. but the laptops, books, pros, gos, and xs all left me confused...

Same. I’m about to buy a mac - but worried that I have to wait until the new chips are incorporated. My previous macs have all lasted 8+ years - I am worried that having an intel based mac would mean it wouldn’t be supported after five years.
