Yaaaaas, i’m obsessed with garlic scapes! I made a garlic scape and green pea hummus for a party last year and my guests were scraping the bowl to take the last few spoonfuls home.

Also, scapes grilled with a bit of lemon and olive oil until tender then sliced and stirred into carbonara. yum.

That sounds preposterous. But google tells me it has Clive Owen so must watch when I get home.

·Now thinking about roided-up meatheads guzzling unregulated contraband titmilk and I am not ok.

While the company’s detractors have criticized the way they appear to be taking advantage of a vulnerable population, France 24 spoke with several women who are distraught by the sudden loss of income.

I’ve been playing around with Digit for this. I have a long-term savings that I’ve been using to save for a house, and a reserve account for emergencies, but passive savings found another couple of hundred dollars a month. When it hits a certain threshold I either move it to an interest-accruing account or use it for

No, I think Art History teaches people how to view art with a critical and contextual eye which can, in turn, be a source of inspiration.

Have you checked Meetup or Facebook? If there isn’t a club already, start one! It costs next to nothing. We just asked a local bar (or coffeeshop if you prefer) if we could use their back room for a few hours once a month. They get guaranteed sales on a weeknight, we have a place to gather. Many artists like tech challenges because it encourages honing or developing new skills, and artistic challenges because it forces us beyond a “signature” style.

Thanks for this, i’m going to share with my local photo club. I’ve been doing the JJ Community challenges on IG for a while but my peeve is that they have like 10 artistic challenges to every technical one.

People are doing amazing work with smartphone cameras, the last few gallery shows I went to had work shot and edited exclusively on iPhones. If you want to practice some of the technical challenges without getting new equipment, try an app like Camera FV-5 or VSCO that will give you some manual controls.

Best not sleep on Susan From Accounting. She got that Henny Blanco from her Secret Santa and she’s ready to show up and show out.

1. Panic attacks are not a mental illness, they are a symptom of a mental illness (anxiety or panic disorder). Symptoms can be mitigated if granted the opportunity. I have a system of checks and balances in place for employees who have episodic conditions.
2.  Not all racism is overt; implicit bias can stll have

You seem intent on excusing these employees’ (and to be clear, there was more than one hiding in the back) bullshit racism, so let me speak from a compliance perspective.

The Americans with Disabilities Act and comparable state / city disability laws are “forward looking statutes”; i.e. if an employee has not

Bunches of Funches Week is basically the best thing that’s ever happened to modern television.

Thanks for the explanation!

Legal Eagles, please weigh in: Is there a chance for this to be dismissed under Anti-SLAPP laws? I feel like there’s a reasonable argument that exposing the discriminatory nature of the casting call was in the public interest, and that attributing it (via screenshot) to Breakdown Services is essential as it exposes

THE ROCK HAS A WAKE UP APP?!?!?

Now i’m imagining app called FLOTUS4Ever that has a daily snippet from one of her speeches and an outfit of the day.
Holy hell, I would totally pay for that, especially if the money went to educational programs at Obama’s presidential museum.
