What about just micro-waving the chicken before the batter? I do this with a lot of food I cook so I can concentrate on the delicious outer glaze without worrying about cooking it all the way through.

Yes!! Knipex is the best. A professional plumber friend of mine showed me these. They actually work better at everything. The best of German engineering and manufacture. Hard to find, not cheap, but really worth it.

I didn't know the word Spatula could apply to a metal cooking rack. I like the tip though.

Thank you for this article.

What about that necklace they dropped in to the bowl to be cleaned? It looked like a cheap candy necklace and came out as gold strands. Does that make sense?

I'm doing most of my reading these days on my phone. I love the Aldiko app and have added http://m.gutenberg.org and http://openlibrary.org as book sources. I also use the Kindle reader and Google Play books. It's great to be able to read the same thing from the same place on my laptop or netbook.

Beautiful video. Well done. Well explained.

I'm a Gimp fan too. I use it professionally and I get a lot done. I send them donations from time to time too. I recommend it to all.

Excellent solution. Snaps!

Thanks for this recommendation. I've signed up. Can't wait.

I can't agree here. I think he wastes too much time chit chatting and endorsing products that support his show. I apologize but I don't find his show informative or useful.

Yes! Terrence McNally is great. A great show.

I too prefer the softer leads.

I've come to love the Ticonderoga #1. Soft and dark, customized with a cush grip and eraser cap. Yum. Made in the U.S.A.

Nowadays I prefer the Ticonderoga #1. Softer and darker. Nice and smooth.

You can watch Netflix on Ubuntu by following these instructions.

VOTE: Gillette Mach 3. After decades with a straight razor and years with the Gillette Fusion I prefer the Mach 3. Easier to keep unclogged and I can feel it shaving which I don't with the Fusion. Cheaper blades too.

Vote: Gillette Mach 3. I used to use a 5 bladed razor but this one is smoother and, because the blades have more space between them, easier to keep clean and dry - therefore it stays sharp longer.
