That’s because Frank Underwood is a sociopath, while Donald Trump has narcissistic personality disorder.

is it sad that our fake TV president isn’t quite as evil as our actual real-life president?
Dissociative Identity Disorder used to be known as Multiple Personality Disorder; it is a real mental illness but the ‘multiple personality’ descriptor is incorrect, as is the title reference to ‘split personality’. I’m not a psychologist, but my mother suffers from DID and the trailer for this movie made me angry.…
You weren’t entirely wrong, at least in that DID as it exists in reality bares very little if any resemblance to a “split personality” as it’s portrayed on screen. It belongs in the same bin as “all autistics are savants” and “years of depression can be cured by one pep talk”.
I am fairly certain she is a callous, selfish person, but I still feel a bit sorry for her because I also think she does not want to be First Lady.
The dress itself doesn’t look bad.
I’m not trying to be a contrarian, but I actually love it. She looked splendid, very cozy, very Jackie O.
Not too sure about this Split movie. So a dude locks up a bunch of women to rape (I’m assuming, why else lock up a bunch of women?) because he’s mentally ill. With a debunked illness. Pass.
But where is the person looking backwards with tears streaming down their face screaming “Obama! We need you! Come baaaack!” That’s how everyone’s really feeling, right?
Glad I could help.
I haven’t bought anything, but I have adopted the dystopian post-apocalypse wasteland forlorn look of the models.
I love that this painting gives us direct and confrontational eye contact, a hopeful glance upward, a watchful but open gaze outward, and a wistful but determined side-eye. We’re going to need all of these visions and voices moving forward.
I love the multigenerational depiction. If you love this image I encourage you to track done some of the many many books Nelson has illustrated (seriously, Kadir Nelson is PROLIFIC. One of his cutest ones about babies is Please, Baby, Please. I also highly recommend Thunder Rose for its strong female protagonist.).
Vice has this thing going where they are like “let’s have the best ideas for shows and then just pluck the least funny dude from your college English class out of nowhere to host and interview!”
Such as... Tik Tok, Die Young, Your Love Is My Drug, Blow, Blah Blah Blah, and Take It Off? To name only those that peaked in the Top 10 of the Hot 100? I mean, don’t get me wrong: she’s not Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Jethro Tull, Joan Jett, Stevie Nicks, or Heart — but she’s extremely talented and damn good at what…
I know, right? I bet this is TOTALLY just want she wanted. Those sluts just want to be famous and accusing people of sexual abuse always helps with fame.
Well yeah...because she’s been unable to be in the news for making music like she used to.
all love to kesha.
Yes, it was my feeling during the primaries and the general election campaign with respect to Trump’s popularity too. The public have to take their share of the blame for consuming what he’s selling.
