Unfortunately, it’s almost impossible to “take down” somebody that’s unable to experience shame and is backed by followers incapable of reason.
Maybe “scrub” is a little harsh, but he’s the team’s 7th leading scorer, 7th leading rebounder and has the 10th best shooting percentage so even “role player” would be generous.
Exactly. He’ll quit halfway in when he realizes it’s hard work that he’s not equipped for and that it’s not like business where the boss can walk into a room and say, “make it so” and everybody says, “yes sir.”
You lasted longer than me. I wanted to like it, but four minutes was enough.
Yes. My comment was speculating about the future. I’m glad you picked up on that. You’re very smart.
You’re probably right, but it still makes me sad that an historically great Spurs team probably doesn’t have much of chance to win it all.
At least the excess is comprised of actual games, as opposed to the NFL’s mercifully brief season followed by 4 weeks of combine coverage and 8 weeks of draft speculation and 6 weeks of preseason analysis.
If the Spurs can barely eke out a win while the Warriors were playing on the road, in the second night of a back-to-back, missing three important players and getting nothing from their MVP, I don’t feel too encouraged as a Spurs fan.
Thank you. This is all really good stuff.
Hey! I know a lot of very smart 7-year olds who say “on accident.”
“Thanks for the 5 grey commenters who went “yeah, duh”. No I’m not responding to or starring any of you.”
Thanks. Having worked in other service industries, I know there are crazy people out there and they walk among us!
Thanks!
Thanks!
Thanks again. Good luck to both of us!
Once again, thank you so much. You’re obviously incredibly knowledgeable and a big dog lover. Whichever daycare and vet you used to work at was really lucky to have you!
Thanks for this. Definitely working on a b-plan, which includes a marketing strategy. Fortunately, my corporate background is in marketing, so I’m pretty versed in that. Have also been doing plenty of competitive intelligence. There are a half dozen similar businesses within a 15 mile radius, but we’re in a large city…
Wow! Thank you so much for this. You’re a treasure-trove of good advice, and I really appreciate you taking the time to share all of this.
Thanks. Agree 100% about not keeping the pups cooped up. That’s part of the appeal for customers is knowing they’re getting back a well-exercised and tired doggy!
