Equifax is a joke. They fell asleep at the wheel despite being entrusted with the credit and financial information of millions of Americans. They were previously sued by a large number of people for failing to update their credit records. Given how backward and pro-corporate the US banking system is, they’ll likely

As a hiring manager I would personally find the e-mail redundant. I wouldn’t see it as a personal affront or anything but I think it’s superfluous. I think the call and thank you note are both good, though.

I like how you’re supposed to be big and gracious about this when a lot of companies won’t even get back to you after an interview. You have to contact them to find out you’re out of the running.

I sure hope you’re donating a significant portion (let’s say 20-30%) of your salary (and not just this month, but MONTHLY) to both hurricane/natural disaster relief efforts and to organization that help fight homelessness, poverty, and offer birth control.

It’s amazing how much love people project onto an embryo inside a woman’s body (as long as she doesn’t want it there) and how much disdain they’ll give an actual grown human person.

They only have to be born before the Republicans will start to call them an inconvenient burden.

Since The Limited closed I also have nowhere to buy work clothes too. Clothing shopping is such a chore now. Everything is ugly.

It seems to me that consumers, in general, want Gap for “casual basics” and BR for “work basics.” But when you go in the stores, you find poorly-fitting clothes that are trying to be trendy but not actually cool, and they’re priced like luxury items, not basics.

It was part of the push to convince every woman to wear at least three layers of tops, winter or summer.

Gap went balls deep into the Normcore trend and couldn’t get out in time to save itself. Those stores deserve to close and the clothes deserve to burn.

They pissed me off with their cheap fabrics and bad cuts. AND the fact their stores ostentatiously stocked nothing above an XL, even though you could get “extended sizes” easily on their websites. You don’t want people to see me buying clothes in your stores? I’m not buying them off your website, either.
