I play it in 1024x768, that way it is pretty good. Right now I am downloading the UHD patch which will give 1080p resolution. The advantage of that is that it is not scaling the screen, but makes more of the map area visible.

There should be a standard emulation benchmark. One of the more demanding tasks nowadays for gamers is emulation, those software are very CPU sensitive unlike native games. It would be great to see some PCSX2 and RPCS3 numbers.
