As the OP responded to similar criticism, this isn't a recipe for what we would think of as "American pancakes." They're more like thin Swedish-type pancakes.

I very nearly made my post about VII because it was my favorite in the series; but a significant part of that enjoyment came from the way it built upon the experience I had in VI. Can't recommend this series enough. Play Bane if only to get to Crusaders - it's worth it! =)

I think it's highly individualistic, especially when you consider cases like those. Intermittent fasting has been shown to help with diabetes, but I certainly don't think it's for everyone. Intermittent caloric restriction (vs. full on fasting) may be a better idea for folks who can't handle it fasting.

Major caveat, and echoing a previous commenter: Fiverr never costs just a fiver, at least in my experience. You always have to buy several gigs to get what you want done. It can still work out cheap, but you need to expect to pay in multiples of $5.
