Pretty decent, but dark and bit bass heavy compared to most other Sony headphones. The 770BN is a better model though, as it comes with Very Good (but not quite Bose) Noise Cancelling along with Bluetooth goodness. By the by, the NFC is awesome as it auto connects and disconnects should your phone support such things.
