I believe you can check under system report. The 1st SATA Port should be your HDD Slot, and the 2nd SATA port should be the optical bay SATA Port. If that is swapped, then considering swapping the two HDDs, it should be about 10 minute job if that.

Protip: Swap your HDD and SSD in your Macbooks, and you maybe able squeeze a tad more performance out of it vs. as is. But you’re doing totally fine with that setup.
