CM != Vanilla Android. Vanilla with extra. If we're talking ice cream flavors, then it's like French Vanilla or Vanilla Bean with fudge swirls.

Either or, but considering the "Nexus" edition of S4 is due in a month (wit no Wiz, basically), that maybe your go to phone. And I consider that the best smartphone for now, when it gets released, in a month. Did I mention that it gets released in a month?
The closest thing to the "best" Android phone (I didn't have the chance to participate in the original roll call) would be the upcoming Galaxy S4 wit no Wiz. That particular phone walks, talks, and almost smells like a Galaxy Nexus S4 or of that ilk.
One additional comment that I wanted to add, don't do burpees at all with your condition. Do something that you can do standing up without having to crouch and get up in a fast movement setting. Idea is to get moving, but given your condition, I wouldn't do something like Burpees.

Alone, at home, when you don't want to disturb your neighbors with your gawdawful taste in music. This goes for me as well.
Nothing like a good ole SR60/i paired with the Bowl foamie Cush pads.
And I offer another one of fortyeleven quick example good sire: Open Back Cans >> Closed Back Cans. This still generally is true, though with very good engineering from companies not named Beats, the quality between the Open and Closed Cans are quickly narrowed. However, for the longest time, this wasn't the case.
With bolder coffees (read: Starbucks), it's about the only way to go. Try either Sumatra or Cafe Cielo (seasonal) when its available. 1/2 - 3/4 tbsp. per cup of water makes a killer brew.
Adding to conversation, once in awhile, give it a nice hot bath in a solution of OxyClean and hot, near boiling water to dislodge any stuck particles, coffee grease (essential oils actually), etc. Doing that will get your decanter and your tools back to near brand new status.
Just in case anyone is interested more in Audio Production and Engineering, Coursera has several courses (past and upcoming) that covers this in more detail:
Oh there are heaps and heaps, but I'm just adding on to the ones that are free/cheap/relatively easy to start with.

This. Your local coffee barista is driving a Espresso Extractor that's about as pricey as a fully loaded mid-size sedan. If that particular extractor can't hold a certain degree of water at certain bar of pressure, you got swill water.
Basically, however, in the last two, three months of P90X taught me, if nothing else, at least get in some exercise in the day. Be it 15, 20, 30 or 60 minutes, just move my fat ass and burn some calories. Doesn't matter how you do it (well, it does, do it in a way that works all of your muscles), as so long as you…
Hey! It ain't my fault that you guys have shoddy constructions for your speakers!!
In this sets, none, really. Curls, concentration curls, hammer curls, etc. is what you'd want. Go invest in a set of resistance bands and they'll have instructions for bicep and tricep exercises.
You could probably add in a quick pull up/resistance training by adding a bit of resistance bands or one of those home pullup bars. The Pullup bars are about $20-$30, and a decent set of bands $20. About the best $30-40 you can invest in if you want to add some resistance training.
Yep, cutting Soda out helped me ditch about a good 10-15lbs easy.
Vote: French Press. For the coffee that sticks to your ribs and then some. Sometimes you just need that kick in the pants, and nothing serves that up like a strong cuppa joe pressed in the old country style.
