The episode literally rebutted what you’re complaining about. Joel points out his fencing isn’t going to last without trading. Murray points out that they don’t just need to survive, they need to live, and that includes things like paint, strawberries, and contact with other people.

I was about to give up on this series (enjoyed the actors and quality of filming but the story felt too familiar). So glad I gave this third episode a chance. What an elegant, graceful, tender story - loved it. Reminded me a bit of the “A Life in the Day” episode of the Magicians. I’m now a fan and will keep watching!

Indeed, I would classify it as ‘two star crossed people who are in love and their tale in an apocalypse.’

That was not only one the most beautiful hours of television I’ve ever seen, it’s also about as close to perfection a love story is going to get.

Changes his name from Pugh to Levi to get roles...then watches Florence Pugh get an Academy award nomination and star in Marvel projects.

I think for him parenting is taking them to an amusement park, showing up at birthday parties with expensive gifts but allowing the mothers to do all the heavy lifting.

This makes me so sick on so many levels. But especially all the “why didn’t she go to the police!?!?!” hand-wringers when stories like this come out. Also, make sure people dismiss rape apologist trolls!

Being “doting” is not indication of a good parent. Sometimes it just means showing up and spoiling the kids but not being around for actual parenting especially the hard stuff.

I haven’t seen The Menu but isn’t this The Menu?

He’s tall.  For some reason that is super important to women.  And oh yeah, he comes from show business money, no?

lol, johnny’s not going to fuck you, you bitter little dork. learn a fucking fact, then go away.

I guess this depends on what charts we are judging by. But only the one single rings any bells for me, but, okay, it does appear that they had two other singles in the top 10 for a few weeks.

This is a guy that would murder his parents and plead not guilty because he was an orphan.

hmm, didn’t he at one time praise his wife’s “Built-in Black Woman Superpower”? Well, I guess the white woman’s superpower has won out. I have absolutely no respect for such Black men. Enough already! Just my opinion!

Pretty simple... A short king is a short man with BDE. If you can define BDE, there you go.
I think that the reason there’s any delineation at all is that there’s an expectation that all short men suffer from “little man syndrome.”  Which is the antithesis to BDE.

I’ve noticed conventionally attractive women tend not to like to acknowledge that beauty privilege is a thing that is real and exists. Even the smart ones who would be the first to point out to a white person or a man that privilege doesn’t mean bad things never happen to you, just that whiteness and maleness are

Thank you! Some women’s choices are objectively bad for women. We should not be afraid of saying that clearly, without equivocation. Jezebel understands Candace Bure’s choices serves the patriarchy. Yet they are bent on ostriching about Ratajkowski and her ilk also serve to uphold the patriarchy.

Fuck you you fucking racist creep.

Kate Upton is Justin Verlander’s wife, while Tom Brady is Gisele Bundchen’s husband.

It’s Utah. So chances are these delightful children of God are Mormons. The OG of “Religions are cults plus time.”
