For anyone about to jump on me regarding the hot mess comment, I'm actually extremely envious of her transformation. It's not just the hair; her overall look is very chic, pulled together, and age appropriate.
Someone needs to do a Chelsea Clinton hair timeline, because she has gone from a White House hot mess to looking absolutely AMAZING. Whoever is styling her deserves major major props!
