Neuer was definitely partly at fault. Of course if the defender doesn’t lose the ball so cheaply we’re not discussing this. But with such a weakly floated cross into the box he either has to punch it clear or catch it. He did the worst thing possible in gently knocking it down RIGHT TO THE PENALTY SPOT. Inexcusable
