Since when does Davey Havok play in videogame movies?
@Demonbird: Well, no, not exactly. Once you're in a mission, you have a select group of areas you can go to. Think 3 or 4 of MPO's levels strung together. And you can move freely between them, as in, run to the little exit, and it does the classic MGS zoom-out as Snake runs off, then zoom-in as he runs into the new…
@GetStefunky: Because it would probably add clunkiness to the controls, which I've noticed they're trying to avoid. Everything has been streamlined, from weapon/item selection to movement to aiming.
@MechaTama31: I dunno, I thought the controls worked for the setup they gave you. The only thing that really bugged me, especially playing it again for the first time after playing MGS4, is the lack of crouch run. :|
@Demonbird: So far, from the demo, it seems like it's a mix of the open world "falling down the rabbit hole" style of old games, and the "select your next mission" style of Portable Ops. There are specific missions that you select from a main home screen, and those missions drop you into a single area, but you can go…
@gundaman: WE HAVE TO GO BACK!!
@vidhagans: He's like 30. And lives with his mother. I shit you not.
@Insomnia Bob: Oh god, CWC made this? Fuck, I didn't think he could make anything more hideous than the abortions he's put on the internet already. e___e
@TechTalk WRLR 98.3FM: Not really. I'm the type to hang art on my walls, and deviantART does have some damn good art. Family photos are reserved for more.... I don't know, intimate places, like picture frames on desks and night stands and the like.
@Sticks Calhoun: This little thread is all kind of weird for me, due to the fact that my name is actually Elvis. e__e
@Kanji08: I really hope you don't get banned because of that one word in your comment, because you make an EXCELLENT point.
@Altima NEO: See, I had a 2000, but sold it to a friend. The GO was perfect for a technically new PSP owner such as myself. It's not meant for people looking to upgrade their current model, at least not yet. Plus, believe it or not, some of us actually prefer to buy games in a fashion where the original developers get…
@mangs: Exactly. I think the extra ten dollars paid to a game you like is worth the prospect of getting a sequel.
@exion: Drugs + videogames = fun times.
I don't know if I'm alone in this or not, but I'm getting tired of the whining about PSN prices compared to UMD prices. It's just getting old, in my opinion. What people don't seem to realize is that games cost money to make. Sure, they might not have all the costs of disc, manual, etc. printing, but they still have…
@Komrade Kayce: Oh god, skilled Chargers + ledges = survivor death. I played a game where one charger barreled through two guys, knocking both off the bridge during the Parish finale. Good times, good times. Something like that could add a new depth to some of the old campaigns. I'd gladly pay for it, too.
@Konchu: Same. This immediately jumped to the top of my DO WANT list.
@Rachel Fogg: And my mentality is this: I love Sony products, like my PS3 Slim and PSP Go, but I really don't like Sony. They make good products, but don't know how to use them right. Same with Microsoft and the 360. :)
@Rachel Fogg: As far as I can tell, though, NMH has enough of its own personality, what with the story and art style and general experience that it has a great chance of standing out on its own, especially if the publisher backs it with some decent marketing and advertising.
@Rachel Fogg @Curse lily: You are both officially my new favorite people.
