I was thinking something along the same lines too. Sam's going to find helpful info from those moldy texts…otherwise there's no point anymore for him to stay in OldTown…especially now that he's cured Ser Jorah (yaayy!!).

I wish I could upvote that twice cuz you made me giggle like an idiot for a solid minute.
I don't think anything will make Jamie leave Cersei at this point. He's really too far gone.
Hah, I thought Melissandre was going to jump too! I do love how she ended that conversation by predicting her own death AND Varys'. Then again, why was he even surprised he would die in Westeros? Was he planning to go somewhere else when he retires?
Love it. Hope they keep at this pace!
I mean, honestly, Jon could have sold it a little better. I would've included the part where anyone who dies turns into one of the army so it grows at an alarming rate. Throw some math at her perhaps? It might have helped.
Even though I was bummed out that the dragons didn't like…I don't know…pause and give Jon a lick on the cheek or something, I still LOVED the way they introduced themselves in that opening scene. SO PERFECT. Jon and Davos' reactions were hilarious. I still haven't given up on the hope that Jon will be able to…
The Dothraki are too badass to let a little chill in the air bother them.
And really, I think Cersei went easy on Ellaria. I was imagining so many worst fates for them that I was making myself nauseous even before the scene ended.
Yeah I don't agree with the reviewers statement either. If anything, the show has shown that a female ruler can be just as cunning and brutal as any male ruler…that there are no differences between the sexes in terms of being rulers. I appreciate that.
I don't think so…pretty sure based on her reaction and the details that he was talking about the night she was brutally raped by Ramsay the shithole.
The dragon babies, of course! I'm sure dragon fire will work just as well as dragon glass. Lol.
Right???? That was so fucked up of him! She should ship him back to Castle Black for that alone.
Second one wasn't bad looking but he was just a very unimpressive actor who had no on-screen charisma whatsoever. Based on his work, I couldn't even understand what Dany saw in him.
I have to agree; he kinda blew that reunion scene. I know he's trying to go for the zen effect, but he's underplaying it a bit too much. I was also annoyed at him saying it's hard to explain how he's the 3 eyed raven…all he had to do is tell her it was an old dude, who is now dead, passed on his ability to him, and…
I wandered into the Experts review a few times and it felt like most of the folks there are generally angry that the show is not following the books, so honestly, I would rather they keep the two sections separate because God knows we have enough angry people here already.
I have waited SO LONG for Jon and Dany to finally meet that I was almost angry when Varys interrupted them!! Ngl, I rewound that moment a few times before I was able to move on, and then realized I might have been a bit disappointed because of the build-up leading to it. I don't know what I was expecting to see when…
My only hope is that since things are nearing the end, maybe the Starks will finally get a bona fide win and Sansa WON'T listen to Littlefinger but instead make good decisions on her own.
Speaking of ravens, so no one at Castle Black thought of sending one to Winterfell to let them know another Stark showed up on their doorstep? THAT actually bothered more than a lot more than quick-building silent ninja naval fleets.
Actually, now that you mentioned it, it's kinda odd how everyone seems to be A-OK with that. I guess outside of most people in town that got burned up EVERYONE ELSE hated those religious fanatics and the Tyrells?? Or are people just too afraid to speak up against her now?
