Jon is in dire need of a Tyrion or Varys. Ser Davos is very honorable at all but he's basically Jon; they need someone who thinks outside of the honor box.

I agree; my money's on Jamie too. It almost wouldn't be satisfying otherwise.

The actresses' collective performances were pretty subpar and their "fighting" skills were pretty bad. Sure, their characters were not the most developed, but neither is…say, Missandei's, yet Nathalie Emmanuel always brings it with just a single look.

I forgot, but does Davos know for sure it's actually Tyrion who came up with that idea?

…then…magic? Ok I'm out of ideas.

Ok he is a bit frustrating but he's trying his best as a psychologically damaged person. I don't want to give up on him just yet.

Really? They can't build more ships in that time when that's all they're trained for? I mean, what else do they have going on? There's no tv to watch.

I don't think she's really keeping him around…he's just sticking around. As he reminded Jon, if it weren't for him, Jon would have lost the Battle of the Bastards. I don't think they have a choice as to whether he stays or leaves. However Sansa could stop talking to him when no one else is around and thankfully, she

Was wondering if I'm the only one that noticed that but of course I never am.

Oh come now, that's not the same. Jon is amassing a large army and trying to gather/make effective weapons. Theon had literally NOTHING and NO ONE to help him fight his murderous fuckhead of an uncle. It's realllyyyy not the same.

Oh my GOD, was THAT what was happening??? I thought the guy was just stabbing the other guy in the cheek… … ok that's not much better but YUCK.

You know what though, because Jon already died once, I have a feeling they're not going to kill him off again.

It would be completely out of character for him to send his sister in place of him like some coward. He would never be able to live with himself if it was a trap and Sansa got killed instead. There was really no option for him; he had to go. He really needs that dragonglass and sending someone in his stead would have

Just rewatched the episode again and I've gotta say I LOVE how Dany, Cersei, Euron, Oleanna, Tyrion, Yara, Theon, Varys, and the Dornes are preparing to fight one war, which in the bigger picture is soooo meaningless against the mother of all wars bearing down from the North that Jon, Sansa, Ser Davos, Lady Mormont,

Wasn't Sansa everybody's least favorite sibling at the beginning? I'm still amazed by how far both the character and the actress has come.

Well, Ramsay did flay an old woman to death so…depending on how Euron treats his 3 captives, maybe they'll be about even?

Great minds. Lol.

But would that really matter to Dany?

Isn't Littlefinger known for watching in the shadows and bidding his time? Anyway, don't worry, now that Jon's out of the castle, I'm sure Littlefinger will make his move soon.

Oooh, I would like that. I hope that will happen!
