500 mile ranges and/or 5 minute recharge times are going to be the tipping point. If automakers can’t get there with a reasonably priced vehicle the EV revolution is not going to happen as advertised.

Isn’t that a Frontier in the pic ?

If you can find one, and aren’t too bothered by the whole “Mustang” thing, the Mach-E would be my pick.

Since the Caliber has been mentioned, how about its mechanical cousin, the first gen Jeep Compass.

I think the Dodge Caliber is right up there. Horrible quality interior materials assembled with indifference, driving position like sitting in a bathtub, lackluster engine made much worse by a groaning CVT. Not really good at anything it’s supposed to do.

Now I would get a notarized and signed purchase agreement clearly stating the price.

Hey David Tracy, you see all that rust?  I have a bridge to sell you.

You could have played it on your phone’s browser you giant ass.

I once bought a brand new Jeep Patriot.

$18.5k scored this one that isn’t all clapped out.

I will never understand why the revived GTO that was a Pontiac-badged Holden Monaro gets the scorn it does. The GTO of the 60s was a Pontiac LeMans/Tempest with a performance package. It evolved into something sort of stand-alone in 1966 (in as much as a WRX ‘isn’t’ an Impreza) but was certainly a very pedestrian

Wish the video would show what the hell these people are hitting, since it’s conveniently hidden behind the damn bush. Or even the article, that would’ve been helpful.

At the same time, why does everything have to come down to legality and signed agreements for things like this. Shouldn’t a well functioning system be easy to navigate, transparent, and not rely on having to protect yourself all the time?  An ideal system here should be relatively “frictionless” so to speak.

Because it isn’t their Vibe...

This is almost certainly the case for a lot of these, especially given COVID.

You’re not a Lambo.

2015 Chargers, Challengers, 300's (you might get me with 300) all have a neutral safety switch right next to the shifter under the center console.

No one’s outraged that he wanted to use red, white, and blue.

Subsidy is a mechanism to encourage certain behaviors. Subsidy being only applicable for union-built vehicles encourages support for unions. Are unions still important to us?
