If you’re coming from a Tesla and you dont like selling kidneys, I recommend a Bolt. Nerdy, but quick, efficient, just fun enough (though coming from a Tesla nothing will feel quick anymore), and best of all, doesn’t run on gas.

PHEVs

Plug in Hybrids go by PHEV’s because those are regarded more as EV’s than traditional hybrids like the Prius. PHEV and BEV are the main distinctions for EV’s.

Jesus saves!

“As a parent, I oppose abortion” is nonsensical, plenty of parents have both given birth and had abortions.

Nancy Reagan. You must be very young.

Nancy Reagan. It came out that she had a uhhhh colorful history

You know who else liked to hang out with prostitutes?  Jesus.  Why do you hate Jesus?

But no one is asking Ted Cruz why he’s hanging out with prostitutes? That shit is illegal, and he’s an accessory. In Colorado, it’s illegal to sell sex, and also illegal to buy it, so Cruz was present at 2 sex crimes. Someone really should ask about this.

The only reason I read the article was because I thought it said “ruin.”

Good lord, that’s how I read it too. It took me seeing your comment, rereading the headline, rereading your comment, and then going letter by letter in the headline to figure out what it actually said.

Now much closer to the truth?

What does it say that I read the title as:

Texas is actually old Florida, before Florida became, you know, FLORIDA. Sometime in the 1980s the ascendancy of Florida man was complete and America’s penis became the bastion of batshittery you see today, but before that Texas was a strong contender.

We bought ours new in 2019 for $28k. With the new battery pack we have 275 miles of actual range, which equals the base Model 3 - which costs $48k for a base model. 0-60 on the Bolt is a bit slower (6.5 sec vs. 5.8 sec), and the Bolt also has CarPlay, Android Auto and available Sirius XM, none of which are available

You’re ignoring the fact that until Covid, very few people paid full MSRP for new cars. Shopping around for the best discount off MSRP was par for the course.

Check for local tax credits, of course. And for credits on installing a charger if you’re doing so. But yeah, GM and Tesla are out and Toyota, Nissan, and Ford are close.

Currently leasing a 2020 and kind of regret not outright buying it. It’s an awesome little daily for running errands, parking in the city, zipping around town. The other day a guy in a fox body mustang was tailgating me as I was leaving the small streets of my neighborhood to get on to a main road. He tried whipping

This should shake up the absurd used EV market, if they can scale it up. As of now, there’s plenty of new Bolts available for sale in my small Midwestern city.

Never discount my mom’s ability to be crazy.
